1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Suiforlun mattresses and pillows to most locations within the United States. Your order will be delivered in a compact, easy-to-handle box right to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-5 days for your mattress or pillow to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your home.

3. Unboxing & Setup

When your mattress arrives, simply follow these steps to set it up:

  1. Move the box to the room where you’ll be setting up your bed.

  2. Take the mattress out of the box and place it on your bed frame.

  3. Remove the outer plastic film by hand and unroll the mattress.

  4. Cut the second layer of plastic and watch it expand.

  5. Allow up to 72 hours for the mattress to fully recover.

Note: Ensure there are no people or pets in the range of expansion during setup.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@suiforlun.com.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than the standard 1-5 days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s delivery status through our shipping partner’s website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@suiforlun.com. We’ll work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
