We offer free shipping on all Suiforlun mattresses to most locations within the United States. Your mattress will be delivered in a compact, easy-to-handle box right to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-5 days for your mattress to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your home.

3. Unboxing & Setup
When your mattress arrives, simply follow these steps to set it up:

• Move the box to the room where you’ll be setting up your bed.

• Take the mattress out of the box and place it on your bed frame.

• Remove the outer plastic film by hand and unroll the mattress.

• Cut the second layer of plastic and watch it expand.

• Allow up to 72 hours for the mattress to fully recover.

Note: Ensure there are no people or pets in the range of expansion during setup.

Return Policy

1. 120-Night Risk-Free Trial
We’re confident you’ll love your Suiforlun mattress, but if it’s not the right fit, we offer a 120-night risk-free trial. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the mattress for a full refund.

2. Free Returns for Defective Products

3. Non-Defective Returns
